Title says it all. My delta bar won't show up anymore. DynHud working normal.

Any hints how to re-enable it? Thanks in advance!

My whole HUD disappeared during an online race last week and no amount of pressing 5 would bring it back. Strange things happen with this HUD.

I have a similar issue since version 1

DynHUD "delta bar" disapears and the "Current lap" time is not working

Never had this issue, did a complete uninstall and new install after launch version 1, and voila.
No way to restore the delta bar other then exit and restart the game.

this is really annoying :(, i wish i didn't the reinstall.

In multiplayer, the delta bar still disappears, and when i use the "Toggle HUD" keys the "current lap" time stops working again, in time trial all keeps working even when i use the "Toggle HUD" keys

Thanks. Now that there are 3 options, how do you load the other configs from editor?

    Edit: Figured it out (editor_settings.ini).

Where is that tick? I couldn't find it anywhere in the editor.

Select the DeltaTimesWidget in the editor, then you edit the settings

I don't understand the question. What does this have to do with the editor_settings.ini? You simple select File->Open from the menu and select your respective overlay*.ini file. Doesn't that work? You don't need to deal with the editor_settings.ini file for that.
The SaveAs Dialog had some issues with the new overlay selection. This is fixed in the next patch to be coming soon.

I wonder, why it is unticked at all. It is ticked in the default configuration, is it?

The initial visibility is the visibility state of the widget after the widget configuration is loaded. If this setting is unticked, the widget will be invisible unless you make it visible at runtime yourself like through an input binding. I wouldn't recommend, messing with this setting for this widget as it's visibility is controlled automatically and this setting overrules it in the negative direction.

Have you guys noticed the "Reset in Time Trial" parameter ?
I've tested with it checked or not, and doesn't seem to make a difference (was hoping it would solve the issue with the comparing laps each time you start driving).

This issue is solved with 1.0, isn't it? I will double check the reset-in-timetrial property.

    It's not.

The behavior, at least in Time Trial is still odd (haven't tried on MP yet)!

    Just to test:
Go for a Time Trial, let's say Montana at Taruma.
If you don't have any time recorded, the Delta Bar should come up on your second lap, since it will begin to compare with lap 1.
So let's suppose that you did a 1:08:5 on your second lap.

If you go back to pits (ESC) and then Drive again, the Delta Bar on the first lap will Correctly compare with your previous fastest lap (which will be 1:08:5), and this should be the behavior for the rest of it.

But, since your first lap when you start is usually slower, you're gonna make a 1:09:5, for example!
Then, the Delta bar will start wrongly doing the comparisson with this last lap (1:09:5) and not the abs. fastest lap, which is 1:08:5.

nope and it does not always reset after exiting either.
works perfectly till people enter and leave the server, then it flashes and goes away and never comes back

Sorry for reviving this old thread, but i have to say that this issue isn't fixed. Had some MP races the last days and the working delta bar suddenly disappears, because of someone is joining or leaving the server.

And is there a cfg/ini file to set up the delta bar behaviour? I'd like to see the delta bar in races too and not only in practice and qualifying sessions.
