perks email?

    gotten email twice including 21st June and replied again and first time, butnyes in Thiago's email (Reiza) it states "no replies" received? what's going on guys? bit strange.

    Just confirming all the shipping addresses of our backers so we can send the perks. Some people got to be emailed twice, due to lack of reply. If you answered on the 2nd time it's all good.
    I'm running all the list again to avoid any issues on the shipping process.
    Any request done by our support email is legit, so no worries.

    has anyone received anything from REIZA? i have not received anything NOT a single thing...????? what's the status here @Reiza Studios @Thiago Izequiel ?

    @rocafella1978 sorry to hear that you haven't received anything yet.

    The perks were sent by international mailing from Brazil. It could take longer depending of the location you are.

    If you may, please let us know when you receive it.

    hi @Thiago Izequiel, in 5th JULY 2016 i was told sent out/ or being sent out, and it went to USA (NY) at least the address i have given to you guys, i have received all my mail, but nothing from REIZA until today. anyways, will keep you posted. (packages from USA to BRA via USPS, took about 14 days, max 21 days, I have sold sim racing hardware and other gear on ebay to guys in BRA)

    Nothing received here in the UK - I'm only expecting a Reiza sticker so it's no big deal, but just reporting for your info.

    No Perks here yet either (Oklahoma USA). Was happily a Level 7 supporter. Got email from Thiago back in June confirming my address and t-shirt size. Emailed Reiza again on August 31st only to be told to keep waiting. They claim everything has been shipped, but could not supply any tracking info. Beginning to think we long term GSC, GSCE, Automobilista supporters got duped.

    so far I know of several people now, who feel duped too, and they are geographically close to Brazil, and every month they say that they have shipped everything out, yes no proof nor tracking. feel very cheated too.

    It just seems that the folks at Reiza aren't putting much effort into getting to the bottom of this. I know that they are a small shop, but someone there should be all over this. They know the shipping company they used and unless they were shipped "by some guy in a van" they should have some sort of tracking system if the perks were actually shipped. Come on Reiza come clean.

    fully agree and 100% right, think so too, not truly telling the story, and even stuff from BRA through ebay to US and Germany i test purchased does NOT take that long. 12days and 20 days, and were just t-shirts, brazil flag, brazil stickers and brazil coffee mugs. so am not buying the Reiza story.

    yes Thiago asked everyone to get in touch with him, but frankly nothing has happened again, i am getting this "feeling"...maybe time to come clean for Reiza about this issue?
