[QUOTE = "Karsten Hvidberg, post: 127419, member: 13679"] Oh .. Hmm, ho aggiunto del codice per quando รจ bagnato, ma non l'ho mai testato ...
Ho appena modificato la versione sperimentale 3.5 e l'ho impostata su 0.0, puoi provare questo. [/ QUOTE]

it happened to me too .... I got hurt too ... it happens when it rains or there is a wet track and slick wheels .... with the wet no problem

Noted this today on some MP servers where it started to rain during the race. Got puzzled thinking what was going wrong, but didn't thought it was related to the custom ffb file. If this is really the case, unfortunately I'll have to stop using these. :(
What version do you recommend where there is no "code for wet conditions"?

    @Jean-Yves Mercy @easy81 @JoKeR

Here is fix for wet track. There was a bug in the file...
    Experimental rFuktor 3.5 attached.
It seems to create some other added noise in the ffb when the track is wet like this, not sure what is causing that, will fix another time.

If I did, I didn't mean to. Have never disagreed with a post yet. I will look for your post and remove it. Sorry.
Edit : Found it. Don't have any idea how it got there. I will have to be more careful with my fingers in the future. :)

Karsten, for me it's good, great job !!
Except as you pointed out a little noise in the scenario where we start with dryness and then rain, but it's bearable until you find the bug.
    Good night.

    Hi Karsten

I prefer the trail adjustments as per 3.4.

    # Trail adjustments
    #

    (centering (blend (- 1 trail_scale) 0.22 0.5))
    (force_scale (blend (- 1 trail_scale) 1.3 0.8))
    #(centering (blend lfb_slider 0.25 0.5))
    #(force_scale (* 1.5 (/ 0.22 centering)))

Not sure what else has changed if anything apart from viscosity line removed.
Was that part of the rain issue ?
there is still that little bit of noise coming through the (fX) effects somewhere.

Ok, Thanks Kuku, I think there was a minor tweak to the over-steer values as well.
But good to know, will go back to the 3.4 trail way.

It not a big difference and others might like it more . just find the 3.4 way a bit more free moving and faster due to lower pendulum effects working against counter steer adjustment if that makes sense

Thanks, will try this file. I had the same issue with rain. First time it happened I grabbed and removed my VR as quick as possible to check if my wheel broke (CSL Elite with F1 rim). I went back to a previous version and all good again :D

@Karsten Hvidberg I'm playing around with the latest Fuktor file now, and the effects off-track is way more pronounced than on-track. Are there any parameters in the file I can play with to help with this?
I've tried reducing large_offroad_bump_scale but that didn't seem to do much...

This is with the Porsche GT1, and might be a bit of a special case... To add the the immersion I have a very basic wheel rim on my DD1 base for these older cars, so there is very little natural damping from the weight of the wheel. This probably enhances the effects a bit...

Today I have been testing your experimental rFuktor 3.5 file, all I can say for sure that it works for me as well as the previous rFuktor 3.4 file did. :) Changes seems to be subtle this time, for me it feels pretty much the same as the rFuktor 3.4 file, at least it did in AMS2 Time Trial mode where conditions are always perfect. I think I will stick with this experimental rFuktor 3.5 file for now (until you once again post here a new improved version of this). ;)

After all, it did help me to achieve another new WR. This time I was working on Imola. I can tell you that a lot of effort was required to achive a WR this time as the Top-10 is really close on this track, the margins were tiny. Keeping that in mind, one and a half tenths of a second difference to the previous WR holder satisfies me. :)

    Hey Torstein,

Which effect/what are you feeling off track?
I just went off track & didn't notice anything weird, but I might have been doing something wrong.

It just feels very brutal, compared to the feeling on the track. For instance, if I go way too fast into a turn, I have a nice rumble on the start of the kerb, a decent jolt on the kerb itself, then a very bumpy ride across the gravel trap before I hit the wall behind the gravel and the wheel gets a real violent jolt.

This was on Cascais with the Porsche GT1, so might be something track specific. I'm doing the GT1 Championship now, so will report back if the same happens on other tracks.

Otherwise I find the Fuktor files to be the best so far :)
