There are so many cars and tracks to choose from in AMS2. Sometimes I struggle to decide which car to drive and where to race so I thought let's make a place to post your favourites. I'll start the ball rolling with three of mine. Without karts and their circuits I have 10.5K Combinations in my spreadsheet, I only tested 9.5% of them In the 1600 hours I play this game. So it is a bit early to speak about favorites. I think Formula Vintage, Retro or Classic driven on Brasilia Outer, Silverstone 1975 NC Silverstone 1991, Spielberg 1974, Imola 1972 or Spa Historic 197x will end up high in my list.
I just took the new BMW GTE out at Bathurst to see what all the fuss is about (it’s topping pretty much every leader board in its class) and now I see why. I’m usually a bit of a Porsche fan but I’m pretty sure I’ve just ploughed the tarmac over the top of the mountain with the power of the wheels alone. I see why it’s been an instant hit. I love the historic layouts, even just to look at, but I’m woeful in pretty much any formula car at the moment. Much practice is needed.
I always loved the old Brazilian stock cars in AMS1 but they never really came to life for me in AMS2 until the latest physics update. Now they finally have a bit of character to match their looks. Opala 86s at Kyalami modern works beautifully; Old Brazilian stock cars at Laguna Seca also a great combo.

ATM Mini JCW at Snetterton because I'm going there next weekend! I'll be honest, it's been a long while since I loaded AMS2, and I only really loaded it now because it's the only game (that I'm willing to play) which has the track. I'd like to know what Reiza have done here, it is so so so so much better than the last iteration I played; somehow I now have to find time for AMS2 and RRE...still no Sebring though.
Really liking the P1/P2 at Road America. Indy cars at Daytona. Old classic Hokenheim is also great for anything that you could class as an old tin top. Short, racey laps.
Rental karts at Nordschliefe Endurance. Just kidding. Brazilian stock cars at Brasilia Outer seems to occupy a lot of my time.
