REAL WEATHER RACES ALWAYS START WET/MOIST

    Been playing around doing "real weather" races with no practice and a qualy session on various tracks.

    What I notice no matter what the qualy session is dry or wet the races start with wet or moist track even if the sky is clear. Seems like a bug since 80-90% of the races start like this that i have tried. approx 15-20 real weather races

    As this would be normal and realistic.
