In lots of cars the virtual wheel is still on even when set to off in the options, the newer cars like the GTE RSR has a display on the wheel yet when set to off in options it is off. Can this option work on all cars please? The V10's all have their virtual wheel fixed when set to off.

I’d also like to see this option implemented for all cars, I mentioned it months and months ago. It’s the same for the Ginetta GT4 and Supercup, frustrating having the on screen steering wheel still visible when it’s turned off in the options. This may not be a priority but to me it’s a basic fix that needs sorting out asap.

This was a thing in PC2 as well.
I think I remember it would be stuck in neutral position tho.

There seems no pattern in AMS2 though, some cars with displays on their wheel has the fixed wheel, yet others have their wheel disabled, yet even cars with no display have their wheel fixed.
I don't understand why the wheel is fixed anympre?

Same in PC2. Some cars did and some didnt. :)
It really kills the immersion for me seeing two wheels in front of me so I always had it off.

Fixed the problem by going VR.
Also saves a bunch of money on new wheelrims. :D

Saving money? I think it is the opposite. It will cost a whole lot more because you need a very very high end pc and an expensive VR google. :D

I agree that the virtual wheel (on/off) should have been fixed long time ago..

If its same cars in PC2, then possibly is it a case that behind the wheel isn't fully modelled perhaps, something ugly that the wheel is hiding?

If that is the case, then I highly doubt we will have a true "off" setting anytime soon. Maybe in 1 or 2 years, if ever.
