yeah @nemesis has some special techniques that i can’t work out . i thought maybe it’s the wheel but then i found out it’s the same as mine. o_O
i tried following his ghost around cascavel in one car and it’s a track i love to run TT as it’s pretty short and flowing and the next lap starts soon after any mistakes.
I was close pace for much of the lap but always lose most of the relative gap in the first turn , the way he gets the car to turn in is just beyond me . :(

You should be right, I was not targeting personally anyone bud (that is why Ive used statement “some of you”. Just the ideas here need to come in reasonable shapes and backgrounds (or words), Definitely not from a blaming someone for cheating.
TTs need a reset I agree anyway.

No one could ever accuse me of cheating, I am slow as all ****!
I'm like the guy who turns up at the golf course looking the part and have all the fancy expensive golf gear then can't get the damn ball off the tee, loses a ball every hole, can't keep it out if the trees and then finally four putts every green, lol

So for guys like Nemesis how do you get your lap time? Through car setup, through hitting corners at the right angles, under braking, with a loose rear, minimal steering inputs, anything else or all of the above?

The best advice will probably always be "brake later, modulate it better and accelerate earlier, keep the right line, think about what comes after the corner to determinate it"...

    My "experience" always told me:
Force the car to do what YOU want and don't let the car force you to do what IT wants....but i don't know what i'm talking about, i still can't crack 7 tenths to @nemesis on a nearly 2min. base. :D

That's why you don't see me at the top of any leaderboards, I'm not comfortable at all with the car doing any type of slide and I have the tendency to back off whenever I feel something odd is happening. I'm not really a TT player though, I'm more of a race day guy so I'm generally more worried about consistency over a entire race than single lap pace. Still, I'm always impressed how guys at the top of leaderboards can drive the car at the very limit.
Imo in addition to posting their fastest times it would be interesting if they posted videos of their learning process, how they learn the track, how they figure out where they can gain time, etc.
