Updates for Servers just the files Request

Would it be possible to have access to just the update files to make it easy to update servers or at least a file list of what is new.
I run 3-4 servers which means every steam update I have to copy the entire first install to the other 3 installs.

It would very much appreciated if I could just patch or copy the needed files over.

I bought a second copy of the game for our server steam account but dont do that.
Reiza are planning to release a steam tool server.

Most are signing into their steam accounts on their server, downloading the full game and starting up servers.

So that why also, when i run only the dedicatedserver.exe without sign into my steam account that i have a message of a "crash" log available into my user folder.

Today hosting a server need to be done being login into the steam account . Right?

 

I believe so yes. I keep my server steam account open.

We run our Dedi-server on a VPS and don't keep Steam running. Works fine.

 

You sign into steam on another pc then you get signed out of steam on the vps so you can close steam.
You only need steam running to start the servers.

 

You can always use Steam in offline mode as well.
