Server install AMS with steamcmd on linux

    Hi, it's possible to install dedicated server with steamcmd for AMS on linux ditrib ?

    Dunno about the linux part, but for now, you still need Steam to run the Dedicated !
    So only downloading through Steamcmd is not going to work!

    thanks for your response Erick, if i understand, on ly windows machine whith steam account and program installed on machine can launch AMS server

    Right, that's a shame. So its still the same, that is, I cannot host a dedicated server unless I am logged in with my steam account on the windows server!!??

    Yes you can.. You only need Steam running in the background, no need to be actually logged in.
