    Hey guys and gals,
AMS 2 is so awesome, but I can never seem to get my G25 wheel dialed in quite right. The curb and bump "feeling" is too strong, almost jerks the wheel out of my hands, yet all other effects seem too light. Anyone here have a G25/27 and a recommended FFB setup? I'm running "Default+" .
    Thanks everyone.

What are your Gain, LFB and FX settings? Could you make a screenshot?

My Gain is around 60, Low Force 30, FX 30.
I set LFB & FX to "0" last night but it didn't seem to resolve the issue. I like the feel of having the Gain higher (I think) but I'm just looking for an overall realistic feeling.
Can't post a screenshot because I am at work at the moment.
    Thank You

Try increasing gain to 70-78, LFB to 10-15 for a start and FX to 10.

Also make sure that your driver own gain setting is at 100%

I also have a G25 and am grateful to be using this custom FFB file from TomP:

    Logitech G29 Custom FFB

Even though TomP (aka, DeRuleX) kindly provides a slew of suggested gain settings for various cars to optimize his custom file across vehicles, so far I have only changed my in-game FFB settings to his recommended 100/20/85/0, while ignoring the impulse to fiddle any further--"Set it and forget it" is my preferred philosophy when it comes to FFB. In any event, I definitely have benefited from his custom FFB file. There are several fine custom FFB files out there, the best ones having been developed by a dedicated confederation of enthusiasts, but TomP's file addresses a few issues common to Logitech wheels while relieving them of the burden of trying to punch above their weight class. Might be worth a look.

With my g27 Stakanovs files work brilliantly.. Tight center, really good weight, can feel traction loss and kerbs vibrate the wheel. It's really top work

As an alternative, download the latest release candidate (1.3.6.0 RC) from Steam, set your G25 to Default+ with default settings (75/50/50) and add 10 to Dampening. Go drive any GTE, GT3, GT4, GT1, etc. car with the new tire carcass model (see release notes) and enjoy!

    G27 user here.

I was off for some time from this game due to personal reasons (i missed 1 or 2 "stable updates" before where we are now, thus one or two versions before 1.3.6.1) but smth doesnt feel right about ffb here.

I dont know if the game engine changed smth about ffb? But my wheel became more "clunky" - when i turn the wheel, and with more power in centering spring.

Havent changed anything but smth is not right here..

When I switched from the RC to the official 1.3.6.1 release this weekend, I did the obligatory “delete Automobilista 2 folder in My Documents”. I’m not sure if they tweaked anything minor about the SuperV8 between the RC & official update, but that car definitely feels better at Bathurst after I endured that minor inconvenience. All the updated cars feel consistent now.

    G27 here.
I always search a better FFB.
    My settings in game are:
Gain: 38 (low forces to prevent overheating)
    LFB :59
    FX :50
    Damping : 50
    Menu spring . 0

Attached: my FFB CUSTOM settings, started from a very good base named

rFuktor 5.0.1.4-experimental5 - By Karsten with Shadak, Panos, I've tweaked for my personal taste.

    And below my logitech settings.
    Hope it's useful
    :)
