You can add 10 tracks to AMS2 and that's it - which ones?

There are countless track wishlists. So yes, this is another thread for it, but with a twist and a couple rules.

Central premise: Reiza delivers the 10 tracks you want, and closes new track deliveries for this game forever, no new places will appear again, and the game has to make do with everything that's available up to that point.

Rules:

10 new places. Several layouts, kartodromes, RX layouts, Stadium Super Trucks layouts, historical versions permitted inside of it.

Tracks that Reiza developed for AMS1 and has yet not released in AMS2 do count, because of the work required of getting old works up to present day standards.

Tracks that Reiza has hinted as upcoming (like the oval Gateway) do not count.

Tracks that we have already paid for and are awaiting for release (old Spa, old Nordschleife) do not count.


The idea is to force ourselves to prioritize content on this scenario, and wish for what we would want to see added for a more well-rounded racing title. Of course, you can also go full bollocks and wish for 10 specific tracks that fulfill one very special request, because fyeah, one can dream, right?

So, I present my choices and brief explanation why:

Potrero de los Funes (bastard child between Bathurst, Spa and Enna Pergusa, magnificent local track with Grade 2 approval from the FIA)
Rafaela (local 3 mile oval track with two roval layouts, very fast and will please the left turning crowd)
Pikes Peak (include historical version with lots of gravel, and let it rip!)
Sebring (self-explanatory, a couple older layouts from this place would be superb)
Road Atlanta (best active road course in the planet, change my mind)
Mosport Park (runs close to previous option, change my mind)
Indianapolis (yes)
Le Mans (besides the obvious, it also has karting layouts)
Fuji Speedway (a very compelling option if you include all historical layouts, with the maddening banked T1 of the 60s)
Surfers Paradise (two layouts, one from the 90s and the current, shorter one, one of the best street circuits ever)

 

Zandvoort (F1 relevance, historic layouts, usable for every single type of car)
Mexico City (same)
Fuji Speedway (same, except for the versatility, at least for the historic layouts)
Bahrain (modern Tilkedromes are missing from the tracklist and this is the best for racing)
Sebring (not in many sims, unique layout)
Philip Island (very unique track, especially in terms of the way it encourages racing)
Road Atlanta (simply incredible to drive)
Dijon-Prenois (basically suited to everything and a good replacement for Paul Ricard in any mock historic F1 calendar)
Mosport Park (important track for historic F1 and also very suited to Indycar and IMSA)
Mid-Ohio (very versatile, important Indycar and IMSA venue)

As for the obviously missing Le Mans: I don't consider Le Mans a good addition to the game, because we lack a lot of the 24h du Mans field. The game already has several classes which could be fleshed out, why add even more sparsely represented events instead of focusing on the former?

 

Ahvenisto (A fun club circuit from Finland designed by John Hugenholtz of Suzuka fame)
Circuit de la Sarthe (An eventual must have in any racing game)
Croft (Best club circuit in the UK)
Dijon-Prenois (Fills old F1 calendars, very flowing and fast)
Mid-Ohio (One of the best circuits in the US)
Road Atlanta (Best circuit in the US)
Sachsenring (Crazy roller-coaster drive, fun in any car)
Salzburgring (Fast and flowing circuit for touring car racing)
Zandvoort (Required for any F1 game)
Zolder (My favourite circuit in any game, also designed by John Hugenholtz)

So basically, I'm saying please release a John Hugenholtz track pack DLC.

 

Meindig (because I have fond memory of the 11km layout in AMS1)
Pau. Historical and modern versions. (Because I live there)
Road Atlanta (because I spent a lot of time in it in AMS 1)
Sebring (to compare it to rF2, which is the gold standard)

-Le Mans - current and older layouts as well as Bugatti Circuit. Out of the main endurance tracks this is the only one AMS2 is missing atm.
-Indianapolis - oval, current and older road course layouts. Must have for oval racing.
-Sebring - one of the most requested tracks in any racing sim.
-Istanbul park - best Tilkedrome imo.
-Autopolis - one of the best Japanese tracks imo.
-Sonoma - very technical interesting track, good for several car classes, multiple layouts.
-Portimão - another good Portuguese track, very challenging, multiple layouts.
-Zandvoort - very technical interesting track, good for several car classes, current and older layouts.
-Mugello - best Italian track imo.
