How to remove a blue flag and extend ?

I wanted to remove the mandatory blue flag in the race to give a mandatory pass and the other when there is a yellow flag at the end of the race, I managed to increase the number of laps or the time so that it does not end in yellow.

 

In the cars' srs file, I think you can turn blue flags off somewhere, but I can't remember for sure.
