Wheel calibration sometimes disappears on launch

I have a Moza R9 base and a wheel.
Sometimes when I enter the game there is no FFB. If I enter the options, it lists the Wheel and all the inputs there. I can re-bind the bindings just fine, so the game detects the wheel, but for some reason gives no FFB.
It doesn't happen every launch, but is very annoying to re-setup all the bindings.
Any possible solutions for this problem?
