Hi, we race 3 sim rigs using LAN connection. Now if you want to return to pits in multiplayer you have to wait for so many seconds before you can rejoin What a pain! Can't find a way to turn it off. Can anybody help? Cheers

    Hi, it's easy

    1.jpg

    PLR:

Return to Pit Rules="0" // What happens when you escape back to pits, 0 = Always Instant, 1 = Vehicle must be stopped & instant, 2 = Vehicle must be stopped & 'towed' to pits with semi realistic timings, 3 = Vehicle must be stopped & 'towed' to pits with realistic timings.

    This is also interesting:

    Exit Confirmation Menu="1" // 0=none, 1=race only, 2=always

Thanks for the reply Jose. Where do you find that PLR? My PLR looks nothing like that and doesn't have the 'pits return' option in it. I have it set for 'instant' in game and works fine in single player but not in LAN multiplayer. The option isn't in the multiplayer settings either. Wasn't an issue a couple of weeks back, just started the tow countdown one night by itself without any settings being changed.

The PLR can be found inside your documents, in the userdata folder, or else in the game root folder. (Always userdata/yourname).
You can open the file with the notepad and edit it.

Thanks. Finally found the 'Return to pit rules' line in the PLR. It was only in the 'documents' PLR and not in the root folder PLR. Was set on '2' for some reason. All sorted, Cheers
