Where is the Mclaren MP4/4?

Since "launch" I have wondered why is it not included on the base game, and why don't we have any info on it, you did advertise the game with it, so I guess I should be ok to expect it to come out?

 

This will probably be a future DLC, something like a Senna-pack.

 

The roadmap says Classic GP this month, wonder if it is included there?

 

i dont think it will be in the classic gp cars. the senna cars were confirmed to be dlc, in an interview with racedepartment i thought. when you look at the season pass page on steam, there it says there will be an brazillian legends pack. i think the senna cars will be a part of that.

 

If there is an MP4/8 in there I will probably never leave the house again

 

They ought to include everything from his kart to the Porsche 956 he raced at the Ring and the Mercedes 190 E 2.3-16 to all his F1 cars. Charge us each $100 and give the money to the Ayrton Senna Foundation. Everybody wins!

 

i think the foundation cannot license the cars. That can only be done by the license holders, mostly the manufacturers.

 

Okay, then whatever profit is left over after paying the license holders, etc. goes to the Foundation. Whip up a Senninha livery or two (e.g., Senninha vs. Braço Duro) for the DLC and print up a 60th birthday digital comic issue tie-in.

 

Any idea what's in the Classic GP pack this month?

 

An idea? Maybe a Reiza version of the mid-70's Fittipaldi Automotive F1 Copersucar (similar to the vintage F1 one in AMS) to give us some fully-winged Ford Cosworth DFV battles.

I wish they would give us a few more of Emerson's cars ... Lotus 72, McLaren M23, Penske Chevrolet Indycar, etc.

Nelson's Brabham BMW would be too much to hope for....

Ok, a 1975 grid would be great, but in AMS these cars were called Formula Retro?
Emerson Fittipaldi's earlier cars would be nice too! Anyway, we'll see soon.

 

I haven't seen any information on the content of the packs, but I'm looking forward to the Brabham shown in the January development update.
That could be part of the Brazilian Legends pack though - I think it was the car of Carlos Pace's only F1 win.
