I've just spent an enjoyable afternoon driving every AMS2 car/truck/kart around various tracks in the rain to get the definitive list of which cars still need work in terms of their windscreen and/or helmet wet weather fx. It's a tough job but someone's gotta do it . This exercise made me realise 1) how many bloody cars are on the roster and 2) just how enjoyable wet weather driving is in AMS2 (Ultima GTR and Formula Vintage aside). Ok here's the list: ARC Camaro. Helmet rain FX visible (shouldn't be) Caterham Academy. Windscreen drops reversed Caterham Superlight. Windscreen drops reversed Fusca CA. Windscreen drops reversed Copa Fusca. Windscreen drops reversed F301. Windscreen drops reversed F309. Windscreen drops reversed F Classic G1M2. Windscreen drops reversed F V10. Windscreen drops reversed Puma052. No helmet rain fx Lancer R. Windscreen drops reversed Lancer RS. Windscreen drops reversed P2 MRX. Windscreen drops reversed. No helmet rain FX P3 MRX Duratec. No helmet rain FX P3 MRX Honda. No helmet rain FX P3 Roco001. No helmet rain FX P4 MRX. No helmet rain FX Ultima GTR. Windscreen drops reversed Depending on how OCD you are, these anomalous FX can be a bit offputting. Hope this helps the devs in some way.
Also in triple screen mode, raindrops that appear on the visor flow outwards from the center of the screen on all screens. This means that, for instance, on the right side of the left monitor, raindrops flow to the right when they should all flow to the left on said monitor.
Bahaha. I figure they’re so busy pumping out killer updates that they don’t have time to systematically go over everything looking for minor flaws. I wish I could do something similar with AI but it would probably do my head in.
