    Hello all,

I last drove AMS2 last month (usually V8s), I tried again after a couple of updates and it feels way worse (yes, deleted the folders etc..)

Basically, using the V8 the cars moves sideways in every hard braking zone.. usually at the end of the braking, where it should instead be very precise because there you want to point it exactly where you need for turn-in point.

I don't even know if it's brake locking or not, usually if you lock you just go straight...here instead the car goes sideways!

I am using anti-lock and stability aid, but no TC

No, I can't break earlier or softer, because there is no slipstreaming effect in straights, so to overtake you really need to brake later than the AI

Is anyone having the same issue?

Still, thanks a lot to all the devs

Are your tyres cold or at temperature? If they are cold you need to drive like a granny the few first corners or laps. When they are a bit hotter then you can go all the way.

Probably a bit cold..But did that change in an update? Because it did not use to be that extreme

Sorry. I also forgot to include your brakes. Are they cold too? Otherwise try to fiddle with brake pressure a bit, and front-rear brake bias.

Also take a look if your brake pedal is working correct, and calibrate it ingame.

If brake bias is to rearward it can cause this.

Can we force tc and abs on cars that don't actually have them? I just run with them off, I love feathering the throttle and having to be extra careful under braking.

Thanks for all the responses guys

I solved the problem brilliantly, by switching to Stock Cars LOL
They suit my style more, and I can run them without any aids

Well stock cars are awesome and a blast to drive so its win win, also not out of place on most tracks in the game.
Loved them since Game Stock Car and Stock Car Extreme.
