Features you would like to see being added or changed.

Let’s talk about Features you would like to see being adddd to the game or simply changed. (Besides of what the Devs already announced for future release).
For me, as example, it would be adding real time tire temperature numbers to the 4 tire icons. (I know that I can enable the large HUD overlay and it somewhat works in Practice but is distracting during a Race). Since we already have real-time temperature for the Brakes, why not for the tires too?
I would like to see a option for Relative Standings. Maybe adding it as option to the box with the lap times?

What features would you like to have?

Set pit strategy before the race!

 

A low fuel warning and sputtering engine when low on fuel instead of the current engine that just shuts off.

All of the above + custom championship's please , would add massive longevity to the SIM for the people like myself who prefer not to race online .

 

Would be nice if the manual engine starts would work, it starts automatically regardless of whether it is on or off in the menus.

What I would like to see added in the game:

- 100% free camera (like the one there is on AC), that can be activated during online and offline sessions, and also on replays;
- Country flag near player name (on multiplayer and on Time Trial);
- Ability to chat during all moments of a multiplayer session (now, for example, we can't talk while watching others driving);
- Tool to build our own car skins and helmets;
- Tool to edit AI drivers names and performance.

I tried the sprint race and I have realized that the AI does not make mistakes e does not defend the position, even with 100% aggressiveness. The AI in racing games is crucial, so this issue should be fixed to became the game more real.

 

Like most other modern sims, I'd like to see the pop-up messages for things like invalid laps, pit warnings, etc...made smaller.
I'd also like them to be less in duration and lower on screen...possibly out of the field of view.
Heck!...they don't even need to be text. I'd prefer a small symbol.
I find them very distracting...especially during races.

- Custom grid by choosing cars individually (no more PC2 races with no headlights car in a 24H race)
- Cars name in rankings

 

Test sessions with ai cars too

 

• per car FFB adjustment (gain, lfb, fx)
• per car driver position adjustment (cockpit camera)

 

You are right, it's working. I did not see (or overlooked) the information about camera in the change log so I assumed it still not working. My mistake.

 

Care to explain how you got it to work? Because no camera position saved in my game.
