I need a tutorial about differential setting

    I'm kinda lost on AMS2 differential settings because it's too different from other sims I'm used to.

    Anyone here can help me to identify what each settings do?

    This is a quick reference guide I use for clutch diff adjustments:
    (If anyone sees an error, let me know)

    Understeer:
    Corner Entry- braking/turning: increase coast ramp
    Mid Corner/Coasting to throttle: decrease preload
    Corner Exit -power: increase power ramp

    Oversteer:
    Corner Entry- braking/turning: decrease coast ramp
    Mid Corner/Coasting to throttle: increase preload
    Corner Exit -power: decrease power ramp

    I think these two are mixed up. Decreasing power ramp (= more locking) should result in a more stable car but potentially introduce intersteering, whereas increasing the ramp angle should make the car more willing to turn under power at the cost of decreased stability. At least that's how it works for me.

    But it's late and maybe I just can't brain anymore today. :confused:

    You are completely right. To be clear for everyone, the lower the angle, more of the clutch plate is involved and the more locking. The higher the angle, less clutch plate is involved and less locking. Its counterintuitive and its been a long day for me as well...Editted.
