Development for AMS is about to come to an end with the upcoming 1.5 release. Their next title "Reiza 17" may have VR implementation.

Close steam, add exclusions like above. Delete the AMS folder (can't remember the ID it is) in the downloading folder of your steamapps...
Add the AMS folders to your on-demand scan exclusion list. Including the downloading part!
In the "Pedals reported as" part at the top, is the box checked?

Maybe I doing things the wrong way around. I wait for software/games I like to support (VR in this case) and THEN buy the hardware.

Map buttons for it... there are seat movement keys in the control options.
