Alt-tab/borderless pauses game in background

Is there a way I can stop the game from pausing when I alt-tab or click on my second monitor?

I don't think so.
But it's no good idea to do other things while racing.

I do it when I'm waiting for it to load or sitting in the pits for discord, obs, browser, etc.

While loading you have to stay at your gaming monitor....
