Is it possible to customize the windows of the liveries? For MINI Challenge, for example.

P.S.: After talking with some guys, I think it's not possible. :D

I'm using Gimp to try to paint the Copa Montana. But I find when I export the DDS file and view it in the showroom everything is just a bit 'off'. I open the template as a PSD and immediately save it into xcf format before I do anything else.

If , for example, I then paint the wing mirrors when I view the result in the showroom ingame maybe only half or three quarters of the wing mirrors are painted.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Thanks in advance.

divide your template in e.g. 6 different colorstripes than you can see the right area to paint

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a go.

EDIT: Ended up using Photoshop. Which worked perfectly from the get-go. Wonder if there's some discrepancy when switching from pds to xcf formats? Anyway sorted now. On to the next problem - the windscreen. Can't get the alpha channel to work properly.

Is it planned that the rims of the F-Ultimate G2 can be painted someday? Or that we can define HEX-colors via the user livery override system?

Same goes for other rims in other car classes (BMW M1 for example - > there you can specify 3 colors at least, more would be appreciated :))

Hey guys! Is there a template for Corolla Stock Car 2022? I could find only for the 2021 model.

Delete the override xml? I've not tried that, but that is the most logical path to take.

Yes. Deleting the xml file does the trick.

Came to find this solution also. I want only liveries that keep in with Reiza's preview image.

Does deleting that file revert all liveries for all cars to default?

If you delete the override xml it will revert the liveries to defaults for that particular car model.

If you wanted to get rid of overrides for ALL cars, you'd have to go through all the subfolders in the CustomLiveries/Overrides folder and delete any override xmls. (just keep the ones ending in "_dist").

don't delete. just move em into the folders of their linked liveries.
Then you have a backup of both ;)

Hey everyone, really enjoying AMS2 so far after sticking to AC for the past couple years and thinking of moving over to it as my go-to sim.
Skinning is my favorite part of sim racing and it's great to see there's a great community putting out a lot of great liveries here. :)
However, I was wondering if Reiza has any plans to release "viewer" files for cars in order to expedite the skinning process, like they had for AMS1 in this thread. Any news on this?

Edit: My first AMS2 skin as a token.
