There is nothing more important than the safety and well being of you and your team. I cannot imagine what some people are going through today based on current world events.

I hope ya'll stay safe, but damn. How did a couple of video game devs from Eastern Europe end up in South America? Talk about a hell of a move.

Iirc @Renato Simioni mentioned in a interview that Reiza Studios doesn't have a physical office where everybody meets to work and people work remotely from whatever country they live in.

The team has people from all around the world who work in their own locations. Remember, Reiza is an independent (self-publishing) developer, not a traditional corporation.

Unfortunately, two of the key people are in the middle of the consequences of the war we aren't supposed to talk about here.

Gaijin Entertainment (Warthunder) and Wargaming.net (World of Tanks) are facing the same problems right now.

An update about global politics and other off-topic:

If you are really in need to discuss the Global World situation in this forum (outside of PM space in a more public environment), you can do so in the Community->General Discussion Sub Forum as an AMS2 unrelated space.

I ask you to keep it respectful and open minded though, avoid posting propaganda or unconfirmed sources and inform yourself to a topic, before it becomes a fight between everyone becoming a politician, which could lead to chaos!

Remember, its a game, cherish every moment of all occasions
So good is this forum, nice to be able to talk about such topics and not just have a blanket NO TALK! I personally have nothing to add (not informed enough) other than hopefully peace will soon be with all.

Oh wow, that sucks. I hope the leads are not in one of those hot warzones. If so, better get to a safe place, city or town that the Russians aren't attacking.

Yeah, i know that, and its a good thing to create a seperate thread for it, what i was getting at is the timing of the messages about the created thread, as well as the delayed update messages lately, they arrive one or several days in the new month, at that point we all know there is a delay, if they post a message about that 2 days before the end of the month, or even earlier depending on whats possible, same with the message a while back that some of the dev team were affected by covid, which was partly the cause of the delay back then, if we would have known that sooner, it would create more understanding, at least for me it does.

Yes, it's true that this could've been solved more quickly and earlier.

There was no possibility to discuss the world events talk situation sooner internally before the information where to actually discuss it, because of course we don't want to shut it down, if we don't have to. Nobody has forbidden to talk about the current world situation as a whole, but it doesn't belong into this thread.
I repeated myself 3 times in that regard and you ignored it constantly!

Please let's take the talk about the world situation over to the new linked thread now and leave this space for sim racing. Respect each other and keep it calm there please!
