Indy is great! The AI is surprisingly racey around it on both configs and most cars I've thrown at it have been fun (...now we just wait for the road course version without the final chicane so the V10s can really shine )

Wow, Indy is really great! Will there be an infield config of the track which looks like the one from Wikipedia (see below)? I would like this config where you have both the infield but one complete fast oval corner as well... I think this is the config where the formula 1 drove in the past (2005 for example).

Agreed, the 2000s f1 layout and the gt layout which is in acc are the last pieces of the jigsaw

Stuff like this is why I love reiza as much as I do. Small outfit not only making a better game than most, but providing better service and support too. They're active in the community, answer questions, take not a inconsiderable amount of ****, (some deserved, some not so) But in the end, they always come through for us, the fans of their game, and I respect that immensely!

    Nice job Reiza :)

The weather slots aren’t working for me at Indy. I had 4 slots with different weather, but it will only use the first one for the whole race.

First race sunny to thunderstorm - sunny all the way.
Second race thunderstorm to sunny - thunderstorm all the way.

BUG: In VR mode on classic Spielberg, the distance signs are popping up. From far distance they are not to see.

Indy road (gp) layout should be grade 1, and oval should be under a new catagory 'oval' and all ovals should be in it.

After a couple of years of rules stability there will be less uniqueness to them

Would be fun if Reiza could have a deal with Haas due to the Fittipaldis, but think licensing would cost too much :(

I was actually surprised to find out that the FIA even grades ovals.

EDIT: Also, the Indy GP layout in the game is what the modern IndyCar Indianapolis Grand Prix uses. It's not the layout isn't the layout F1 used, which is why AMS doesn't mark it as Grade 1.

The FIA still have the (indycar) gp layout down as grade 1 in their books, like estoril (cascais)

Finally got a chance to sit down with the new content. Wow, Indy is the new benchmark in track modelling. It's spectacular, and by far the realised version I've seen in any sim.

I've been running Brazilian touring cars, mixed DPi/GTE/GT3, and Group C sessions on Indy, and it's been some of the best racing I've done in the sim. A very pleasant surprise!
