Championship Mode - July 2020 update

The July Development Update says in Championship Mode we can now do "different championship series, customizing session lengths". How? Where?

All I see is the Stock Car Brasil 2020. This might be because I think I started one previously when it was the only option. But I don't see anywhere to start a new one or delete the old one.

Does anyone know how to setup a Championship with a different series?

 

You can't just yet. That feature will be included in the next update.

 

Its also on the July dev update.

More important than that of course is the work on the game itself, and here too we´ve been pushing hard - we have already released our first update last week, and we´re completing some more substantial work for the one coming next week (estimated to August 7th). Some of the highlights:

There's one thing I don't understand though. In the July Development Update it says "Championship Mode will now allow for different championship series"

What does this mean? The only option I see is Stock Car Brasil 2020.

 

@ijac I asked about custom championships last night, below is the response I got.

 

What about being able to modify AI Strength? This also doesn't seem to be present, which is strange since the option exists in single race mode (not championship mode)

I think the AI being strength is using the AI strength setting from the single race mode in the main menu
