   I looked into cockpit.ini and cameras, but no luck (in cameras, it is already down to zero). Is there another file?

   In cams file, cockpit section, you can alter tilt and roll of head by editing orientation offset. (TiltDownTiltUp, RotateLeftRotateRight, TiltLeftTiltRight)
