    Dear all,

I'm listening about this from some guys and I decided to write here...
Some guys are disconnecting from server in first timed lap/sector, they're receiving Connection Lost message. I think it's about the TCP active connection, as in rFactor. But after 1.4.7 version the quick chat configurations is not working more. The quick chat configuration was made to send a message to a unknown driver always when the shift up button is used, it's a workaround to keeps TCP connection active. As it's seems not working, there is another solution for that?

    Thanks

There hasn't been any deliberate change to stop Quick Chat from work.

This is a huge problem for me, to the extent that I'm not racing anymore, is there a possibility to look into the TCP issue, and keep them open. Cant count all the league races I've missed due to this.

    Thanks

I don't know anything about the TCP issue I'm afraid. However quick chat still works here?

Problem is that on some routers if the tcp channel isn't kept open it will go into sleep mode and ams will read this as a lost connection. One way to avoid it is to do quickchats, but it doesn't fix it at all times

I understand what you are saying about the TCP port. I can't do anything about it right now or verify it etc.

I can tell you there is no reason for your quick chat to not work anymore though.
