    Hello,

So the wheel is not auto recognized as Fanatec DD1 when you load up the game, after "Automobilista 2" folder in documents removal?

What rim do you have on it?

Try this: delete folder in documents, change USB port and load game.

i am using the Universal Hub 2 (Porsche Wheel) or tried the F1 Podium Wheel

the wheel is recognized in the system , the buttons are working but not at the wheel calibration the wheel is not responding

Use custom wheel in the ingame settings. Then bind to it's axis, and then calibrate.
Also before you bind it to the axis lower the rotation like 90 or 180, and then bind it. Switch back to default rotation and calibrate.

    Happy racing!

Have you previously assigned in the settings left right control. Only then can you calibrate your steering wheel

So the wheel is working now, throttle and brake is working.
the shifting paddels are not working, they are set in the custom settings

I have the exact same issue, with the exact same setup. Every other sim has no issues. I've succumbed to not playing as much, in VR since there's no way to map the funky switch to navigate the menus (I am forced to use a mouse). Hopefully there will be a true fix in an upcoming release, but as stated here, you'll need to set it up as a custom wheel, with none of the benefits of being able to use wheel inputs for everything.

Everything works if you go to a csw 2.5 and the Xbox wheel hub, but that's not an option for me, anymore (sold mine)

Please make a profile that's set to wheel make: "Custom" - unfortunately it requires a remap of controls but it should work around this issue.

Yes, unfortunately, the steering wheel profiles are very messed up and make no sense. All the benefits that one would have with it, we have to give up because you have to go over a custom profile. In all forums you read about the same problems but they are not fixed.

Hello, do you have Fanatec pedals connected to wheelbase?

If so, pls if you can try selecting Fanatec DD1 wheel preset from main menu. But choose pedals." Combined".

It's bad wording there - does not mean "combined axis", but wheter pedals are "Standalone" or "Integrated" on device level, aka "Separate" would be pedals connected to USB, Combined pedals connected to wheelbase.

    @Domagoj Lovric
Why is this selection (separate or combined) not also available for the shifter? That would be the solution to many problems.
