Hello everyone. As your community manager, i'm responsible to keep things organized and to help with issues that are under my knowledge, pointing situations to our dev team whenever is necessary. So to keep this forum in good shape, please observe the following rules: Make sure to always look for an existing thread on a given topic that may be of your concern. Hit the "search..." on the upper right corner of this screen (above your profile pic). It may fast-track you to a possible answer to your enquiry. Avoid creating threads about feedbacks or bugs. There are already official topics about these subjects for every new release, and posting there is the easiest way to ensure we´ll read it. If you need a more specific & immediate attention for a given issue or if you don't feel comfortable discussing it on the forum, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org . Please avoid creating threads just to complain about some specific issue - you can use the pertinent topics to share your requests or to express constructive criticism. Please observe netiquette, and avoid using CAPS LOCK, or several "!" or "?" to express your point. We understand having issues may be frustrating, but this won't help us find a quicker solution for it. Refund requests for Steam purchases should be requested to Valve via Steam. Purchases from the forum store are not refundable. If you have any issue regarding a purchase or with using our products, please contact email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. We´re a small team, so please try be patient; though we try to check out & keep up with every topic in this forum, it should not be assumed we´ll answer to every post, nor indeed that we´ll have an answer for everything. If you need support, please elect to contact us via email@example.com instead. "Please help!" is not a good title for a thread. Be specific about the subject you wish to discuss. Threads may be deleted with or without any notification if these rules are not observed. Thank you!
