G29 not recognised?

Hi, wondered if someone could help me..
I purchased Automobilista 2 yesterday however it doesn't recognise my G29 wheel or pedals.

I read on another post about deleting the Automobilista folder on documents and trying again, which I've done but it didn't make any difference.

The wheel works fine in other sims and I have the logitech software installed.

Automobilista lists my wheel as being present but it doesn't calibrate and doesn't do anything when I steer or press the pedals.

Has anyone else had this issue and can anyone suggest anything I can try?

did you assign the controls and button mapping before calibrating?

 

I tried to but it wouldn't recognise any of the wheel or pedal movements as mappings.

 

You may be on to something. This is what stopped my G29 working after the 8.1 update. I set the FFB setting before calibrating the wheel. I solved it by going to 'set to default' in the Controller menu then calibrated the wheel ok.
