Game constantly minimising

Friend of mine is having a issue where the game constantly minimises ever 5 or 10 minutes,
No issue on other games,
I've suggest the usual things to try but so far can't seem to fix the issue,

Anyone had this issue before and fixed?

For me the game will minimise if the focus is lost when in full screen mode OR VR. Is your friend clicking off the screen at any point (easy to do with multiple monitors) as that will cause a minimise unless in windowed mode.

 

You can try going into Windows "Manage Notifications" and turn OFF notifications from all apps and other senders. If a pop up shows up on the back ground it can minimize the game.

 

Steam VR update notification kept minimizing the main window for me. Closing it made it stop.

 

Think we found the issue,
He has a logitec wheel and had to revert to a older ghub version,
