Help! I am wanting to see / use the TV Overlay in a stream I am running tonight on RaceDepartment. So far I have been unable to see any of TV overlays when I am viewing other cars. When should the TV overlay be active? I have joined a server as a spectator and as a driver. If I take to the track I get the DynHud overlay for myself but when watching other cars I get nothing. Any suggestions?
