Probably most know this, but you can skip the Reiza Studios intro movie.

Delete the file in Steam/steamapps/common/Automobilista/MovieFiles folder.

There is only one file there. Won't cause any issues/error messages and speeds up the process of starting AMS.

You can. Disables only the trackside billboard videos though, not the intro movie...

In rare and very strange occasions, deleting the intro video can cause framerate and FFB stutters. This makes no sense but I have to keep the movie there in order to get a smooth framerate. It is extremely bizzare but if you get 'sand in steering rack' feeling and stutters after deleting the intro video, try putting it back..

And if you keep the intro video, pressing any key on the keyboard will skip it. Most probably know already but I thought it would be worth mentioning...:)

Hmm, I cured most of my stutters recently, thinking I had found the "magic settings".

But around the same time I had done Steam integrity check on AMS, and this time didn't bother deleting the intro video (because you can skip it pretty easily). Perhaps my FPS stutter was indeed cured by leaving the intro video in place. Very interesting

I created a 0 byte txt file with the name of the video. Also works.

Anyone know if this was ever sorted and whether it's still something to worry about?

    Cheers
