Hi, This seems like a very basic question. But how do I invite someone directly to play on my a server I created? Is this also the same way to make someone a friend? There is an option when creating a server to only let friends join. But I haven't seen any way in game to make somebody a friend. Thank in advance,
Friends refers to steam platform friends. You can send a freind request in the Lobby/Session overview of a multiplayer event by clicking another driver in the standings list. Alternatively if you know the email/account name of the person you wish to add you can do so in the steam friends list or if you played with them recently you can get to their profile by going to 'View > Players' in the Steam client or 'Friends > View Players' in the steam overlay.
