Not sure if there is something within the game, or just a server setting was wrong, but a mate and I had a race in Catherhams yesterday, and neither of us could refuel.
Caterhams can't refuel, like in their official championship. You can try to either run: 1. All Cars & All tracks 2. Go into Automoblista folder, find Reiza27, go to refueling or so and change the 0 to 1. Happy racing. That's what I am gonna use for the 4+ hour race achievement. Hope it works well.
