Mandatory Pit Stops in Custom Championship not working?

    I can't seem to set up Mandatory Pit Stops in Custom Championship mode.
    I'm currently setting short 6 to 8 lap races with a Mandatory Pit Stop (No feel, No tire change) yet I'm the only car stopping! Am I missing a set up here?
