Hi everyone, as the title says I have massive drop of FPS during night/early morning races. I usually have 142-144 FPS during days, then drop to 60 and go up slowly to 100 when the traffic spread out. I did read the settings manual in Steam. I tried many configurations with no much differences with the results lol! Please help! I own an intel 6700K overclocked. Nvidia Titan X Pascal Overclocked. 32GB of ram. Thanks!
It's all the light sources. There are 2 things you can do: 1) Go into your user.plr file and search for Headlights On Cars. Set to 0. Looks weird-ish but you get used to it and it works well. or... 2) search (again in .plr) for Max Headlights. Set to a low number like 2. Basically we are reducing the number of light sources to keep fps up. Personally I use the 2nd option set to 2.
