Great how Nelson is cleaning his pane of glass @0:30
Its great isn't it.
Which car in game best represents this car? maybe G3 M3 ?
Yep G3M3 is "similar" to a Benetton B191
Maybe a new feature for AMS?
As I know, over 20 years ago, there was a CART game in which the visor got dirty and you could wipe the dirt away with the drivers hand. Wasn't it also in RACE07 / RACE ON?
Race 07 definetly had tear-off visors, yup. (iracing should also)
iracing has the tear-off both for the driver visor in the open wheelers and for the windshield during pitstops for the tintops

McLaren F1 GTR@ Norisring:
For this episode I had the actual time and date for the real-life vid (9/29/17 - 18:02). I plugged that into AMS 2's historical weather - the sky was perfect, and the sun was in the correct position - but it seems autumn comes slightly early to AMS 2 .
Again, for this episode I had the actual time and date for the real-life vid (6/9/2018 - 10:19). However the historical weather was wrong - it was raining in sim at that time - so I changed the weather to overcast to match.
Could you please report this here? https://forum.reizastudios.com/threads/official-real-weather-report-topic.16849/
Comparison of 962C @ Daytona with awesome track guide by the late Jim Pace. Jim is no longer with us, but his YouTube channel (JimPaceMotorsports) is still up. Highly recommended for fans of historic motorsport.
Jim has posted videos of a myriad of historic sports cars at mostly American tracks :
Jim (and others) can also be seen here : https://www.youtube.com/user/historicsportscars
Imagine driving this aero monster and explaining corners, while your body gets crushed into pieces by this car
He is awesome - also making gestures, while doing it. Check this one out - the video is really shaky, but he calls the whole 30 minutes. At one point he says "If you have to be somewhere at 3:30 in the morning, you might as well be in a 962 at Daytona"
awesome. the camera shake on the banked sections make it look like he's time travelling, which I guess he basically is...The cueing is actually really helpful, shows you just how patient you have to be with these cars.
Another Porsche 962 onboard at Daytona, racing against a Jaguar XJR-7.
