Server flags, trying to find a list.

Hey everyone, I've been looking under every stone at this point and so far I've found nothing.

The only flag lists I can find are outdated and are missing the one class of vehicles I want to race with (GT3).
Is there a list for all the flags that can be added to a server somewhere that I'm missing completely?

Well, I found the list reading the command prompt for the server, I had followed a tutorial but there wasn't anything beyond that point to suggest you could find the list. They had a list with missing content...

Now my issue is the LUA file called sms_rotate, it gives the "ERROR: Failed to read addon Lua file from 'lua\sms_rotate\sms_rotate.lua' error.
