Nope, I don't think it has anything to do with the copyright claim. It happened to some people before and Reiza was able to solve it directly. You cannot buy from Steam atm, in that case it is already bought. It has probably more to do with the different emails. @Thiago Izequiel Can you do something for this gent please or should he email support? Thank you! (Please do not forget that Reiza is from Brazil, it is quite early over there…)
