EVERY SINGLE time i go to use AMS 2, its 20 to 30 minutes of pain trying to get it to see my DD1 with the Porsche Podium wheel with the endurance button module. It was working a month ago.
Is there a definitive sequence on how to get the hardware going?
I choose DD1 in the menu but the matching wheel is not listed.
When i go to calibrate, the game sees zero input.
I deleted my AMS 2 folder in documents, restarted and tried again.

I can jump in ACC, RRE, and iRacing, and everything always works.
Why does AMS 2 not remember my hardware, let alone show me the hardware i actually have?
Why does the game list a whole series of Porsche 911 Turbo models for Fanatec hardware when that hardware does not even exist?
Is there a proper guide online that tells me exactly how to do this?
This is why i hardly spend any time in this game, cause it's always a massive pain before i can even do a lap.

I have the same setup and never had an issue. I did use my formula 2 rim all the time prior to Porsche rim and could not find the Porsche rim in the wheels list so just remapped the controls when it is still listed as the V2 rim, had no problems at all.

i think that's the same settings i had on their hardware menu, i do recall formula v2, worked fine, but every coupla weeks, it decides to drop the ball completely, yet all other games work perfectly
