Title Trial - Some users cannot be used as ghosts and are missing the car icon...

For example, I was trying to have Neil Heusinkveld as a ghost in Interlagos (and some other folks). But, when clicking on their name, the ghost is not added and there is no car icon next to their name like other users. Why is that? Is there an option not to share your ghost or car settings?

 

Could you use mine at Interlagos ? I tried Niel's also and wasn't able to , i don't think they want us learning his alien lines I don't know how to disable your own ghost for others to not use .

 

They probably realized he was cheating with those special pedals.

 

What cars?
I noticed this yesterday with the Formula-Ultima, first my ghost was recorded, after a better run it has disappeared.
I think it is a bug or some time-out problem, and not a setting a player can change

 

Are you sure Niels was driving the same car? Not tested yet in v1 but during ea time trial default showed same class while you could only add ghosts from same car. Try going to filter (top right) and select same car instead of same class.

 

Definitely the occasional ghost/icon missing. Must be a bug.

Okay checked it myself and something seems to be wrong indeed. No matter if I select class or vehicle, I can't add any ghosts except for clicking on the "session best" button (Interlagos - Formula Ultima ).

Tried some different cars and the problem only seems to be with the Formula Ultimate for me, other cars work fine.

 

You can't disable ghosts, it's usually some kind of network issue that prevents the ghost been uploaded. Was the same with PC2 too.

Damn that Heitor guy is fast. Had to dig deep on that one and only 0.058 ahead! and he's already beaten it lol.
