Wheel and button boxes not working

Hi Reiza
When I just have my t500 wheel plugged in the game works fine. As soon as I plug in my two button boxes the t500 wheel is no longer recognised and only a button box is. Does ams not support button boxes? I have two dsd p1's and ams is the only sim they do not work properly with.
I have been having this problem for quite some time now.
Any thoughts?

Just tried with only 1 button box and still no luck, the wheel doesn't respond and the button box becomes the only active controller.
Does anyone else use button boxes, do they work?

 

We are already aware of this situation, @F1Aussie. Working to resolve this.
