I've just read some posts in the S397 official forums and FB page and there are users reporting that Windows 10 latest update (April 2018 update aka build 1803) is causing issues with USB devices like wheels & pedals and even with other devices such as controllers, mics, cameras, keyboards & mice.

So if possible users might want to hold off on the April 2018 update until this issue is fixed.

Always unplug the USB devices when updating W10. Then delete Logitech (if that's you) stuff, and re-install Logitech.
