Ideas for Steam Achievements

I'll start...

>= 100 laps in a single practice session
>= 100 total laps (all sessions) per combo driven in a given week

 

What ever, first of all need support steam achievement system.

 

A loss of concentration and into the gravel in every race achievement.If you could get repeat achievement's that would be me.

 

Finish the race with no fuel left in the tank.I think to win the race with no fuel in the tank would be too tough.

 

Ultima GTR Road achievement: "You survived!".

On races with a reasonable length that you will define.

Hassling The Hoff(mann) - Win 13 Stock Car Championships (Modern or Historic)
#Blessed - Win A Formula Extreme Championship
Montoying With You - Spin On Lap 1 and Still Win The Race (props if anyone gets this reference)
Kick In The Schins - Crash Into Both Rafa Matos and Felipe Lapenna In A Single Race
Code Brown - Get a Kart on 2 Wheels
I'm Not OK (I Promise) - Wreck The MCR Sports 2000
Flying Vee - Race The Formula Vee on a Super Truck Track
Braking Slows You Down - Complete a Lap of Any Track Without Braking
World Warrior - Set A Time Trial Time on Every Track and Layout (Not Counting DLC)
Tykki Torch - Set A Rallycross Lancer on Fire

 

Make it so that "achievements" can be turned off; if you hate the bloody things, like I and many others do.

 

Either disable the Steam overlay and/or use S.A.M to remove or probably the easier option add them all, it's like 3-4 clicks of a mouse and they're out of your hair forever and it leaves the rest of us who are looking forward to them without having to read your muttering about it in every thread about it ever. You'd expend a lot less energy and topics could stay on point.

 

One achievement that could be fun:

-> Master of Time Trial: Be in the first 3 positions of the leaderboard of a car in every track avaible !

Could have a single one for the DLC's tracks as well.

 

The Spa 98 aka The Turn 1, finish a race with over 10 DNF's

 

Here are some that I track personally.

Can't remember if these basic ones were mentioned but

• New Personal Best Lap Time in TT mode for a Combo
• New Personal Best Lap Time for a Combo in Single Player Race Mode
• New PB Number of Positions Gained in Single Player Race Mode for a Combo
• New Leaderboard entry for a Combo
• New Track record for a Combo
• New Track Record
• Improved Position on Leaderboard
• Regained Position Over Rival on Leaderboard
• Etc

Edit also if AI% could be incorporated somehow so could add "at current AI%" to some of the ...Single Player Race Mode achievements above so takes into account when you increase AI%

 

We really need achievements related to online playing, it would make things really interesting

I'm personally not interested in "500 km" or "300kph" ones, it really needs to feel like an achievement

 

Hah, HATED the online ones in Project CARS, don't mind online ones, just make them accessible for us who never race on public servers. =)

 

Ok, I really prefer something like irating from iracing.
Now we have the steam user addressed on AMS, so Reiza may get the stats from online racing and compile in a raking, similar of irating.

Would be nice.

 

Not sure if the times are already beaten by the aliens - but i think some real laps of these things could be introduced into the achievements

Adapting Is For Other People - Change all the Brit Pack cars to have a left side cockpit
Bee Tee See See - Race the Marcas cars at Brands Hatch or Oulton Park
Jewel In The Calendar - Race Formula Truck at Guapore
Descanse Em Paz - Race the Formula Classic at Imola 1988
Monza Sucks Anyway - Race the Formula Extreme at Imola 2016
