SweetFX Presets Thread

Ok guys,
We know AMS uses SweetFX so why don't have a thread where collect all the users working config files?
Just post your config with 1 screenshot from cockpit view and 1 from external view.

 

This could be useful. I'm leaving this as a sticky thread.

actually after using it all nite I think the HDR is better, it looks a bit rf1 to me to saturated. soz

 

I love the HDR preset. Looks fantastic!

 

@Renato Simioni. Can we get a brief description on the SweetFX options an what they do for the sim ?

Can you add these additional presets to the sweetfx dropdown menu in the AMS config tool ?

 

don't know, i made a backup from default.txt and copy the complete content of the alternative file over the default content.
I thought it was mentioned in this forum somewhere, the devs are willing to think over adding extra settings, if you asked for it and they find it worthwhile.

 

yes you can add them. Add to SweetFX\Presets and include a .PNG with the same name for the preview.

Is it possible to apply new sweetfx presets to the ('default') image Reiza provides in the preset folder or do i have to load each new preset, start up the game and take a screenshot to
get a preview image for it ?

This interests me , but being new to pc and AMS (a little scared of adjusting files) how do i select presets ? is this those 4or 5 in the launch config tool?
Also how do i adjust the HUD other than using the DYNOHUD file? as that seems pretty hit and miss . Sometimes it loads and others it is jumbled .

 

Press play in Steam
Select "Launch configuration tool"

Use the drop down box "SweetFX Configuration"

For the actual Presets.... Drop the .txt and the .png files in "SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Automobilista\SweetFX\Presets"
You just need the .txt files the .png files are the previews

Some examples and a better version of Watch Dogs Realistic (The one above has black borders)
I can't post my preview png files because they are to big
