Hi, I thought and see that there is no electronic AIDS on these era cars. But in the setup screen one can have tc and abs. I'm a little quicker withe the merc...the only one i really drive....with the tc and abs on. There is a difference. Can someone tell me what's going on here? Thanks
I've seen this on a lot of the cars, whether they have assists or not. I only use authentic, so not 100% sure, but you can probably override the assists and run whatever you like in certain scenarios.
When you use Authentic Assists, I think those setup values are ignored. I just tried putting TC to 1% (so max TC), and I did not have any traction control at all. When I enabled TC from the gameplay options and re-entered, then clearly TC was applied.
Hi, In the in game settings I have authentic...no helpers. And if I put the gt1s setup tc to 20...the default....there is traction control. Even if I create a server and disable tc/abs etc there's still tc on the gt1s. Mainly talking about the merc. So I am left wondering.
Hi, I'm glad to see it! The gt1s are badass! I imagine the merc to be like my beloved panoz gt1 from my old pilsbierbude/gtr2 days They just need to get more low end rumble from motor sound. Edit..@steelresrv...I just read the quote u reffered to..lol. Yeah I like the merc! I think tho that the Porsche is faster in the right hands....but I don't enjoy it
Just did a few races against AI in the GT1 merc at Silverstone and I think it is my favourite class now. The feel of the GT1 cars is just great in AMS2. The differential in the merc seems to have been fixed. These cars require a lot of finesse of throttle and brake to get the most out of them but once you figure them out it's very rewarding to drive.
