Shadow flickering

I just done a 10 lap race at Barber MSP in the Opala 1986 and after the 5th lap dark shadows started to flicker, like I've seen since GSC2013. You know, the dreaded shadow bug. I hoped for Reiza to have ironed that out since then.
Note: It wasn't there at the beginning of the race.
Any suggestions to get rid of this is very appreciated.

Is this a problem for everyone or just showing in some PC configurations?

 

Barber is a MOD, does this also happen for the standard content? I didn't encounter this "shadow flicker"

 

Will test asap, but I fear it's universal.
Like I said, I first came across this bug in (vanilla) Game Stock Car 2013.
