I'll start with a fun video I found while researching Formula Ford...

 

Some great racing in that video, what FFord is all about. I've never really properly mastered Oulton Park in previous sims so looking forward to trying to improve my pace there in the coming weeks.

 

The safety aspects of truck racing never ceases to amaze me. The barriers at a lot of circuits are really not designed to stop trucks. One time I was at Lydden Hill for some rallycross and they had a demo of a racing truck. The guy got one of the corners badly wrong and crashed though the safety fence and ended up in the spectator area which fortunately was empty.

 

Is this 270R?

 

There are a LOT of different spec Caterhams racing in various series in the UK. The Super Graduates class is for older Caterham Academy cars from about 10 years ago so I suppose will be a previous model.

Breaking the rules because is not a race but why not a focus piece on Ultima GTR just for fun?

Nice. And what was that guy thinking in second video after the four-wide who went off and cut across cars on re-entry causing that wreck haha. Not boring that's for sure.

some formula F (aka formula ford) action in road atlanta. this was back in March. The maroon car leading the pack is 20+ years old, running a Kent. All the other cars behind run the Honda Fit with a restrictor (in total there are 4 different chassis manufacturers in this pack) -- that's the first difference to the FF class in the UK; the second is they run radial slicks in the states and not cross ply treaded avons. Having been on cars that ran cross ply dunlops, radial slicks and also radial street tires, i have to say bias ply is the way to go for these things. Just teaches better driving in general.

Immense pack racing action. Enjoy.

No (official) Zandvoort in AMS as of yet, but this lovely film of the 1967 Grand Prix is full of details to savour: petrol poured from cans into a cloth-wrapped funnel, photographers stalking their prey at the apexes of high-speed corners and beautiful cars battling it out among the tall grass and sand dunes.

Formula Truck puts races on its Youtube, so here's a race at a wet Taruma from last month. I think I've seen more wet races than dry races at Taruma.
