Thanks. Now I can be certain if its stick or paddle sequential! Also great to get background info and specifically if I need to blip!
I am fairly certain the F-Retro G2 M1 is primarily inspired by the Shadow DN9b. https://www.oldracingcars.com/Images/ellwood/ShadowDN9B-DeAngelis-USG(1979-600x300.jpg
I will try to update the site with some images and look into the Williams. I'm just busy with other stuff right now and very unproductive waiting for the big update . Long Beach. Reminder: @Coanda and everyone who has contributed to the info spreadsheet is to be thanked for very useful specs such as h-shifter/sequential/paddles, auto blip, fuel tank... everything really. When you see pretty pictures, descriptions and such, that's from community and me. And the website itself of course. Coanda seems to be on a bit of a well deserved break. I hope to see more of his research and corrections make its way into AMS2's menu info - sometimes into the cars' actual setup and features - when there is an actual factual mistake involved. I'll see if I or we together can get the upcoming cars included without his main input.
Content update Added images for all remaining cars. With that, the wall of cars is complete. Now on to improvements .
Great work mate! All remaining? Someone whistled more are coming soon...... Just an idea, a similar website with tracks?
Thanks! Yes, but fortunately Reiza can't add new cars faster than I can so they will be added very soon after I get my hands on the public update . Long Beach of AMS2? In all seriousness this is something that could be added to this site as well. But I'm not sure how to present them. I have already had a chat with one track aficionado. In any case this would happen earliest when I can manage another image marathon . It's not just taking the photos - which luckily was handled by all the credited people more than me I think - but also adding them which is easy enough, but gets repetitive.
I would love info on hotcars and copa classic. Good sources with text. Videos too. I’m surprisingly bad at Google.
Copa Classic video There are several on YouTube Found no website just facebook Copa Classic RS For Hot Cars it's very difficult found nothing till now.
Content updates Added Racin’ USA 1 cars Added BMW M4 Performance figures and final check to be done post-update. Some data might be off (as usual)! UI updates Changed car list styling Added DLC info for cars HYPE!!!!! (note that this does not mean that the update is out yet, I don’t know when it happens)
Content update - Cadillac DPi NO ABS - Introduced new categories concept. Front page revolves around these. This makes more sense than some cars being in a big class like "Stock Car Brasil" and some others being per class. - Brazilian Classics and Historics categories - Turned some classes to categories, for example Stock Car Brasil
--- BIG update --- I have redesigned the website completely. Happy birthday AMS2 v1.0! Categories | Cars of AMS2 Front page is now a short list of categories which help people discover all the different cars in AMS2 without clumping them all together in a long list. The structure is as follows: Category (Brazilian Series) Groups (think Stock Car Brasil) Classes (think Stock Car 2021) Cars (Chevrolet Cruze Stock Car 2021) There is also a Cars page which is just a big old wall of cars with (for now only) a couple search filters. This is pretty basic, the category hierarchy is more fleshed out atm. Furthermore some cars like the JCW Mini are the sole representative of their class. In that case you will find information on both the class and car itself (if either info exists) on the car's page. There are no redundant group and class pages. A class page is formed whenever there's more than one car in the class. A group page is formed whenver there's more than one class in the group. This redesign makes it easier to move forward with other ideas, because I now feel that there's some sense of structure to it overall. I will also finally get to adding more information on cars - both text and Coanda's data. That is well overdue at this point . Content updates I have lost count. There's new bits here and there.
